2021 Replenishing Gift Guide For YOU

IT’S HECTIC OUT THERE | …TAKE A MINUTE (OR 10) FOR YOURSELF

It’s clichéd, but seriously…

It’s a really busy time of year, no matter what you’re celebrating or honoring as you count down to 2022.

My hope for December is simple but powerful:

✨To share a few free tools that can improve your mindset so you can show up in greater alignment✨

2021 SELF-LOVE GIFT GUIDE | IT’S QUICK, FREE, AND CATEGORIZED (♍️☀️😉)

Audio

1) Gokai meditation voiced by yours truly. The Gokai, the 5 Reiki precepts, are reminders to bring gratitude, love, honesty, and intentionality into every day.

2) Any episode of The Twelfth House podcast from Holisticism. This soul-reaffirming podcast dives unabashedly into all areas of wellness and spirituality with a much-needed critical lens.

3) Joshin Kokyu Ho meditation on Insighttimer. While traditionally part of a self-Reiki practice, this grounding meditation and breathwork practice is beneficial for everyone. This meditation unites body and mind and helps cleanse and support your energy. (Sign up for a free account to access the full meditation and scroll down 👇🏽 for 5 Energy-Amplifying Techniques which includes a Joshin Kokyu Ho practice.)

Visual + Read/Write

1) Update your digital alar with phone wall paper charged with Reiki energy and an intention of being grounded, connected, and secure.

2) The Gokai (again - they’re that important). I include these in almost every email I send because a visual reminder just may be what you need right now. You can read more about the Gokai here.

3) Insert favorite show here. You can’t convince me otherwise - a needed stint curled up on the couch with a good show is vital self-care (and pretty much me every Friday night).

2021 favorites include:

✓Reservation Dogs (FX/Hulu)

✓Ted Lasso (because of course / Apple TV)

✓What We Do in the Shadows (FX/Hulu)

✓Only Murders in the Building (Hulu)

✓Hacks (HBO)

Kinesthetic

1) 5 Energy-Amplifying Techniques. I compiled and created this guide of helpful, simple, intuitive practices so you can clear, ground, balance, and reset your energy.

2) Epsom salt bath/foot soak. Technically not free, but a pound of epsom salt is about $2.99 and lasts a really long time. If you’ve got a tub, a warm soak with a cup of epsom salt added in helps remove toxins from the body and makes for good energetic hygiene on tough days. Add rose petals, lavender, or safe essential oils, if available.

No tub? Try a foot soak, instead.

CHEERS TO THE NEW YEAR | YOU SURVIVED!

I’m proud of you

May you take a moment to reflect back on 2021 with a sense of gratitude, even for the hard parts - especially for the hard parts. The tumult often polishes us to a shine as we get tossed about in the landslides of life.

MY 2022 COMMITMENT | TO NURTURE A SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY

Good things are on the horizon

Thank you so much for reading this far. 💛

I’ll be in touch in January with exciting offerings, and in the meantime:

I’m curious: How do you practice self-care? Is it working for you? What do you wish you had more of?
