The “dry bath” method

  1. Intend for your hands to collect the negative energies from your aura.

  2. Use your right hand to stroke from your left shoulder diagonally down to your right hip. While doing so, envisioning collecting the energy. Then cast this energy with your right hand onto the floor (or into a candle if there’s any burning around).

  3. Repeat step #2 with your left hand, sweeping down from right shoulder to left hip.

  4. Use your right hand to stroke from your left shoulder down to the tips of your left hand fingers, collecting the energy and casting it onto the floor/into the fire.

  5. Repeat step #4, using your left hand to sweep down your right arm.
